I finally figured out why my image recognition bot kept messing up
Back when AI tools were simpler, I trained one on photos that were all taken in bright light. It failed miserably in dim conditions, and I had to redo everything. Now I make sure my training data covers all scenarios.

Our outdoor demo in Portland last November started at 8 PM. The streetlights were on, just pretty dim. It correctly picked out a trash can, a bike, and a parked car from 50 feet away.
