My transcription app mangled an entire job quote yesterday

I use an AI voice to text app to draft bids while I'm driving between sites. Yesterday I dictated a quote for a 1,400 square foot patio in Tacoma, and it turned 'flagstone with a border' into 'flat stone with a boarder'. I sent it off without proofreading because I was rushing. The client came back asking if I could add a fence boarding detail, which I never priced. How many of you actually trust these语音 AI tools for anything sent to a customer, or do you always type it out yourself?
