Overheard a cashier at Giant Eagle talking about AI grocery lists

I was grabbing a 12-pack of Coke Zero at the Giant Eagle on Broad Street and this cashier was telling the bagger how she uses an AI list app that learns her family's eating patterns. She said it cut her weekly shopping time down by 25 minutes. Got me wondering, how many of us are actually using these little AI helpers in our daily routines without even labeling it as AI?

That's actually wild because my own AI assistant can barely handle my grocery list without getting confused between "milk" and "almond milk." Mine once added a carton of eggs and a live chicken to the same list, which is either a recipe or a small farm waiting to happen. The cashier sounds like she's got it figured out way better than me, I'm still stuck manually typing out my stuff while the app watches me struggle. How long do these apps even take to learn your patterns before they stop recommending weird combos like crackers and ice cream for breakfast?

Hilarious, reminds me of trying to find @wesley83's dog at a campsite.
