Picked a $80 AI voice clone over a $15 histogram tool, big difference on route audio
Been testing AI audio tools for my delivery logs and trip notes. I chose a voice cloning app that turns my rambling into clean text versus a basic sound analyzer that just shows frequencies. The clone nailed my accent after 3 tries, but it burned through 2 GB of data in a week, which hurt on my rural routes near Bend. The analyzer was cheap and light, but it does nothing useful for transcribing addresses or package numbers. Anyone else weigh fancy AI features against simple tools that actually fit your workflow?
