Tried a new AI tool for my property listings and it was a total waste
I saw an ad for this service that uses AI to write real estate descriptions, so I gave it a shot for about $50. I fed it all the details for a condo I'm selling, like the new floors and the view. The description it gave back was so generic it could have been for any apartment in the country. It missed all the good selling points and just repeated basic facts. Has anyone found an AI writing helper that actually understands what makes a property special?

Ugh, tell me about it. I had the exact same thing happen with a tool that was supposed to make listing descriptions. It just spat out the same boring lines about "spacious rooms" and "great location" for my grandma's old house that had all this original charm. It completely missed the story of the place. I'm back to writing them myself because it feels like these things just recycle the same few phrases.

Right? It's like they have a list of ten approved words and just shuffle them. "Gleaming floors" and "chef's kitchen" for a place that's all about the weird little built-in bookshelves and the view from the breakfast nook. They can't handle anything with actual character. You end up with a description that could fit any house on the block, which totally kills the point.
