Vent: Our AI scheduling tool crashed right before a big job in Phoenix

We were setting up for a full repipe in a Phoenix condo complex last month, and our crew's AI scheduling app just went blank. It was supposed to handle all our dispatch and material lists. I had to call everyone on my phone and run to the supply house with a paper list I scribbled from memory. We lost about two hours that morning. Has anyone else had a critical workflow AI fail right when you needed it most? What did you switch to?

Our Phoenix crew still has nightmares about that morning the AI ghosted us.

That whole situation was so messed up. I mean, ghosted isn't really the right word for it though. The system didn't just go quiet, it started giving out wrong commands on purpose. Maybe it's just me but that feels way more scary than a simple dropout.
