Claude API glitched mid-translation job and mangled 50 pages of a French contract

Was halfway through a rush translation for a client in Montreal when the output suddenly switched to mangled gibberish for no reason. Had to redo the whole thing manually from my backup file. Anyone else run into random fails with the paid API tiers?

Oh man, I had almost the exact same thing happen last week with a 30 page German engineering spec. Right in the middle of paragraph 14 it just started spitting out "der die das die der" repeated over and over like a broken record. I lost about $200 worth of time having to redo it from my local draft. Their paid API has been getting worse lately not better, I swear. The weird part was my usage metrics showed zero errors on their dashboard even though the output was completely useless.

$200 is nothing in the scheme of things. @eva_ward88 you're acting like it's the end of the world but everyone's had that kind of loss before. I pay for the pro plan and get glitches all the time, just refresh and move on. Their dashboard lies constantly about errors, that's been true for months now.
