Had to pick between two AI video tools for a client project last month
Client needed a 90-second explainer fast. Option A was a newer model with better lip sync, but slower rendering. Option B was faster but the voices sounded robotic. I went with Option A for quality, even though it took 48 hours to process. The client loved the final video, but the wait was stressful. Anyone else had to choose between speed and realism in AI video lately?

Honestly, I would have picked the fast one. For a 90-second clip, I feel like getting a draft to the client quickly is way more important than perfect lip sync. You can always tweak a robotic voice with a quick human edit, but you can't get back those two days of waiting around. That stress you felt? That's the real cost right there.

But what if the client hates the robotic voice right away?

Oh man, actually my friend Sarah ran into this exact thing last month! She went with the fast one for a charity video and the client made her redo the whole thing because the voice sounded like a robot reading a cookbook.
