Just realized I was totally wrong about how AI could help my small business.

I was manually scheduling my landscaping crews for months, thinking it was too complex for a computer. Then I saw a demo of a new scheduling model from a startup in Austin that could handle weather delays and traffic in real time. Anyone else using AI for small business logistics now?

and actually that's exactly what happened to me with my bakery's delivery route planning... i kept using this old spreadsheet thinking it was fine until i tried a route optimization tool that worked with google maps. it adjusted for traffic and even helped me avoid road construction which was a nightmare before. the whole thing took maybe two days to set up but saved me hours every week. i still can't believe i waited so long to try it honestly.
