PSA: I used to manually check every AI news site, now I just use a single aggregator.

Up until about three months ago, I was spending over an hour each morning scanning sites like TechCrunch, The Verge, and specific AI labs' blogs. Then I found a tool called 'The Rundown AI' that sends a daily email digest with all the major updates. It's saved me a huge amount of time and I haven't missed a big story like the recent DeepSeek-V2 model release. What other aggregators or methods are you all using to stay current without the noise?

Honestly, I'm the opposite. I tried a few of those AI digests and they felt like getting someone else's highlights reel. I'd rather skim the headlines myself on a couple trusted sites. It's faster for me to spot what actually matters for my work. Kevin_Schmidt97, your sports app sounds handy, but doesn't that just swap one set of editors for another? How do you know you're not missing the weird small story that turns out big?

That exact same thing happened to me with sports news. I was checking five different apps every day, which was a total waste of time. Now I just use one app that pulls everything together. It feels like we're all drowning in information and these aggregators are the only life raft. Your post makes me wonder what other parts of life need this kind of simple filter.
