Took a prompt engineering workshop and it wrecked my old approach
I was convinced good AI output just needed better instructions, but a guy named Mike showed me my prompts were too broad by analyzing my error logs from an 80 sample test run last Tuesday. He pointed out I was asking for too many constraints at once, which killed response quality. Has anyone else found that shorter, single-focus prompts actually perform better than detailed ones?

You ever try asking it the exact same thing twice in a row? I noticed the second response is almost always better. Like it warms up or something.

Took a prompt engineering workshop and it wrecked my old approach" - honestly, that sounds like you're overthinking this whole thing. It's just typing questions into a box, not rebuilding an engine.
