Vent: GPT-5 kept giving me fake citations for local case law in Ohio

I spent 3 hours last Tuesday using the new GPT-5 legal research mode to pull employment rulings for a Cleveland client. Every single citation it gave me pointed to real court names but the docket numbers were pure fiction, and two of the cases never existed at all. I verified against Westlaw and got burned on all 7 sources. Has anyone else had luck forcing it to show the original PDF link before trusting any output?
