Watched a demo at the Denver Expo last Thursday where the AI wrote a full lease renewal letter off one voice note, and I just sat there
Three years ago I laughed at a guy at the same expo who swore this stuff would handle our paperwork by 2026, and now I'm wondering if small property managers like me are the next travel agents, so is anyone here actually using these tools day to day or just reading the headlines like me?

Funny you bring up travel agents because my aunt ran a small travel agency in Fort Collins for almost twenty years. She watched the online booking sites eat her lunch and kept saying people would always want a real person to plan a big trip. She closed up shop in 2019, right before everything shut down, and she still talks about how the last few years were just her fixing messes people made booking on their own. There is a small piece of me that wonders if that is the future for folks like us, where the easy stuff gets handled by a machine and we get paid to clean up what it got wrong. But maybe that is not the worst thing, since fixing problems and knowing the local market is stuff a voice note cannot fake. Curious what the people actually using it have to say, because I am still on the sidelines like you.
