Air fryer basket coating started peeling after 4 months - anyone else have this?

Went to dump out some fries last night and noticed these little black flakes all over my food. Checked the basket and the non-stick coating is just flaking off in chunks. I only got this thing in January, feels like a waste of $60.

Did you even try calling them? In my experience companies just ignore emails. You gotta be a squeaky wheel to get anywhere these days.
