Air fryer Brussels sprouts changed my mind about them

I hated Brussels sprouts for like 30 years. My mom would boil them into mush when I was a kid and they smelled like farts. Last month my roommate made them in her air fryer at 375 degrees for 12 minutes with olive oil and salt. She told me to try one and I did just to be polite. They came out crispy on the outside and soft inside with no bitterness. I ended up eating half the batch standing over the counter. Now I make them twice a week and toss them with balsamic glaze. Has anyone else had a veggie you hated turn good in the air fryer?

The real trick is roasting them on the stalk. Keep them whole and they don't get soggy.
