Air fryer wings are better than deep fried and I'll die on that hill
I made 3 pounds of buffalo wings last week in my Cosori and they came out crispy in 25 minutes with zero oil splatter. Has anyone else found a trick to get the skin even crispier without using any spray?

My Cosori does the same thing, 25 minutes at 380 and they come out perfect. For extra crispiness without spray I pat the wings dry with paper towels and let them sit in the fridge uncovered for an hour before cooking. That pulls out more moisture so the skin gets that shatter crunch. I also flip them halfway through and give the basket a good shake to keep the fat from pooling. Last batch I did 2 pounds of flats and they were honestly better than any bar wings I've had in years.
