Debate: Parchment paper vs. foil in the air fryer - which is better?
I've been testing both for about 3 months now and I'm pretty sure foil is ruining my food. Every time I use foil for chicken thighs, the bottom gets soggy and the top burns. Parchment paper with holes punched in it? Perfect crisp all around. But my buddy swears foil is better for cleanup because you can just crumple it up. I tried his way last week and spent 10 minutes scrubbing stuck-on grease anyway. Am I missing something with foil? Does anyone actually get good results with it, or is parchment paper just the way to go for everything?

Used to be team foil but this convinced me to switch.

Gotta push back on that @sean_park8. I get why people like the switch once they try it but I've been using the foil setup for years and it's never let me down. The control on tight turns is way better for what I'm doing, and I've tried the other way on a buddy's setup and just felt off balance the whole time. Maybe it's just what you're used to but I'd rather trust something that's proven itself over a long time than jump on whatever's new and shiny. Different strokes for different folks I guess but I'm sticking with my foil.
