Just hit 200 recipes saved and I still cant make a decent batch of wings

I have a folder with 200 air fryer recipes I've collected since March and every single wing attempt comes out rubbery, ive tried 14 different methods at this point. Has anyone else hit a random milestone like this and realized you've been chasing the same stupid problem the whole time?

Rubbery" is a YOU problem, not a recipe problem. I've made wings in a $30 air fryer with basic salt and pepper and they came out crispy every time. You said 14 methods, but have you actually tried patting them DRY before cooking? That's step one. The other thing is crowding the basket, if you pile them in like sardines, they steam instead of crisp. Honestly, the issue is you're blaming the collection when the collection is fine. Maybe you need to lower the temp to 375 and cook them longer, then crank it to 400 for the last 5 minutes. Your rubbery wings are on you, not the 200 recipes.
