My air fryer saved dinner after a power cut last Tuesday

We lost power for about three hours right when I was going to start cooking. I had a pack of chicken thighs ready to go. I fired up my air fryer with the battery pack I keep for camping and cooked them at 380 degrees for 22 minutes. They came out perfect, and we ate by candlelight. What's your go-to air fryer meal when things go wrong?

Nice, that's a solid backup plan.

Yeah, having a backup plan is key. Reminds me of when my car battery died right before a road trip. I had to call my brother for a jump, which totally saved the weekend.

Feel that, nothing worse than losing power right when you're trying to cook. It's cool you had the air fryer and battery pack ready to go, that's a smart setup. I usually just grab some frozen fries and throw them in mine when I'm in a pinch, always works out okay.
