Shoutout to the parchment paper that saved my chicken wings from becoming a welding project
Tried doing wings straight on the air fryer rack at my place in Boise last Tuesday and the breading fused to the metal like epoxy. Lined the basket with parchment after that and they slid right off, has anyone else run into this or am I just bad at cleaning the rack?
