Stop putting raw frozen chicken in the air fryer without thawing first

I saw three people in a row on here brag about cooking frozen chicken breasts and then complain about dry, rubbery meat, and it's because the outside burns before the inside hits temp, so just take the extra 20 minutes to thaw it or at least pound it flat first.

Mine came out fine at 375 for 25 minutes, YMMV.

Respectfully disagree on the temp, I think 375 runs a little hot for a full 25 minutes unless your oven runs cool. My batch came out a bit dry at that combo, so I dialed it back to 350 for the same time and got better results (just a heads up for anyone trying it). Could be a difference in pan material or how packed the dish is, you know how ovens vary.
