The dollar store parchment paper caught fire in my air fryer last night
Had to unplug the whole unit and toss it on the back porch, so check what your liner is rated for before you trust it with a 400 degree cook.

Used to grab whatever cheap parchment was on the shelf and never thought twice about it. Now I'm checking the box for max temp every single time after a close call with some off brand liners that started smoking at 375. The dollar store ones are fine for baking sheets, but they're not made for the intense heat circulation in an air fryer. Lesson learned the hard way, better to spend the extra buck on the stuff that says air fryer safe right on the front.
