Update: I almost gave up on air fryer chicken wings because they kept coming out rubbery.

Turns out, patting them bone dry with a paper towel and NOT overcrowding the basket made them crispy in 15 minutes. Anyone else have a specific trick for wings?

Patting them dry is a total game changer. I also found tossing them in a little baking powder before cooking makes the skin even MORE crispy. It's the only way I make them now.

Oh man, that baking powder trick reminds me of my failed attempt at homemade onion rings last week.
