Found a stretch that really helps after a day in the wheel wells

I've been working on planes for over a decade, and my knees would ache every night from crawling into tight spots. Last year, it got so bad I could barely sleep. A physical therapist friend showed me a simple quad and hip flexor stretch to do right after work. I do it for five minutes before I even leave the hangar. This helped a lot in a couple of weeks. Now I hardly have any pain. In my moving business, I see similar issues, but the fixes might differ. Has anyone else found good ways to deal with the physical toll of our job? I'm always looking for more ideas.

Which stretch exactly? My back gets so stiff after hauling boxes all day. Honestly might need to try this.

Saw a chiropractor for that once. Cost a fortune. Stretching in my living room works way better.

Yup, read that most experts say stretching beats adjustments anyway.
