Noticing a push for avionics certs among junior mechanics lately
Makes sense with newer aircraft systems. Still, feels like core airframe experience is getting rushed.

Check if training programs are pushing avionics too early now. A lot of guys come out knowing computers but struggle with basic sheet metal. That gap causes real problems on the line.

You know, I used to think more tech focus was always better. But that line about guys struggling with basic sheet metal really hits home now. We had a composite repair last week where the new kid was lost without the computer telling him what to do. @olivia380 is right, that gap will shut a line down fast.
