Spent 12 years putting keypads at chest height until a customer in Boise asked why her 4 foot 10 mom had to stand on a stool
Honestly I always mounted at 60 inches because that is what the manual said and nobody ever pushed back. Now I drop to 48 inches when a shorter person lives there, takes 5 extra minutes and zero callbacks. Has anyone else changed their mounting height based on who actually lives in the house?
