Anime plot talks smoothed out our Monday meetings
Our team used to dread weekly planning. I mentioned a cool anime twist from the weekend. Everyone jumped in with their own thoughts. Now we kick things off with a quick show mention. It cuts the tension right away. Ideas come out easier after that. Never thought stories about robots or magic would help my job.

Okay but the magic part is what gets me. Like we are talking about actual enchanted calendars or something. That just does not sound real at all for a Tuesday morning standup. How would that even work without someone casting a spell in the break room. Feels like someone is pulling your leg with that detail.
