Found out Samsung fridges have a secret diagnostic mode by accident

I was working on a 2022 Samsung fridge last Tuesday that kept throwing a temp error. While holding down the power freeze and power cool buttons for like 8 seconds, a hidden menu popped up with compressor run times and error codes. Turns out the service manual doesn't even mention this shortcut. I found a forum post from a guy in Ohio who figured it out by messing around. Has anyone else stumbled into hidden features like this on other brands?

Whoa yeah I found that same trick on a Samsung fridge last month, the hidden menu saved me from replacing a good condenser fan based on a bad temp sensor reading.

You said "hidden menu saved me" - how do you actually get into that menu on the Samsung fridges? I've got a RF260 model and cant find any info on the service mode combo.
