PSA: A dryer vent I cleaned in Tucson went from taking 2 cycles to dry towels to 1, and the only thing that changed was a clogged screen

Last month a customer in Tucson called me out because her towels were taking two full cycles to dry. I pulled the vent and found lint packed in there like felt, maybe 3 inches deep. She said she had never cleaned it in the 6 years she owned the house. After I cleared it, the next load dried in one cycle, and she texted me a picture of her energy bill two weeks later, down about $18. Does anyone here keep a log of before-and-after dry times to show customers the difference?
