That simple trick for fixing a stuck washing machine drum
Had a Samsung washer that kept locking up mid-cycle and getting error codes. Tried every troubleshooting guide online, then just took the belt off and spun the drum by hand - turned out a penny had wedged itself between the outer tub and the drum. Anyone else found random junk causing problems like this?

Betty always said to check the pockets before tossing stuff in but who actually listens? Guess that penny really wanted to see what spin cycle felt like from the inside.
