Changed my mind about those weird stone circles in the desert
I used to think all those stone circles in the Saudi desert were just old campsites or natural patterns. Then I watched a lecture by Dr. Jane from Oxford online, she spent 20 years studying them. She showed how each circle aligns with certain stars or seasons, way too precise for random. She also had carbon dating putting some at 4,000 years old. Has anyone else seen good evidence that changes what you thought about a dig site?

Moon phases, stars, whatever - I can barely tell which end of a shovel does the digging half the time. Still, it's pretty wild that something so simple-looking can be packing that much hidden meaning. Maybe I should stick to admiring the pictures instead of trying to read star charts.

Those "certain stars or seasons" thing is a bit off. Dr. Jane's work actually shows they align with specific moon phases, not stars. Still super precise though.
