My drone caught a field mark that turned out to be an old kiln site

Last month I flew my DJI Mini over a wheat field near Lubbock because the crop was dying in a weird circle. The thermal camera showed a hot spot that matched a dark soil patch. I walked out there with a shovel and found brick fragments and charcoal about 8 inches down. Turns out the county library had an 1890s map showing a brick kiln on that exact plot. Has anyone else used drones to spot crop marks that led to actual digging permits?
