Paid $150 for a ground-penetrating radar scan on my farm, found nothing
I hired a geophysics crew to scan a 2-acre patch near an old stone foundation I found. They said the equipment would catch buried walls or artifacts, but after 6 hours of grid lines we got zero hits. I dug a test trench anyway and found a 19th century horseshoe 18 inches down. Has anyone else had better luck with GPR versus just digging test pits?
