Got a harsh review on my Etsy shop that actually made me better
A buyer told me my handmade mugs had sharp edges on the handles. I checked the next 10 I had ready to ship and 4 of them had tiny burrs I never noticed. Now I run a fingernail over every handle before I pack anything up. Anyone else ever get feedback that stung but turned out to be totally fair?

Hold up you actually ran back to check 10 more mugs after reading that?

Not really defending checking 10 mugs but come on people act like ceramic mugs are some sacred artifact that never changes. They literally get dropped in dishwashers and microwaves every day, cracks form slowly, logos peel off. I found a mug I thought was fine had a hairline crack running through the bottom after I actually looked. Plus factory paint jobs from 3 years ago fade different than the same design today. If someone notices a pattern they should check, thats just being observant not paranoid.
