Hit 1,000 dental cleanings this morning and I'm still here lol
I've been a hygienist for about 4 years now and I just clocked my 1,000th cleaning. It's not like a huge deal but I honestly didn't think I'd make it this far without burning out. My hands get sore, patients can be grumpy, and I've had way too many people tell me they hate the dentist lol. But today a little kid actually said 'that wasn't so bad' after his first cleaning and it kinda made my week. Any other hygienists out there keep track of how many cleanings they've done?
