Took me 4 months to admit I was wrong about morning workouts

I was always a night gym guy. Thought morning people were just showing off. Then my buddy dragged me to a 6 AM class at Fitness Factory in Portland. After 3 weeks of going before work, my energy levels stayed high all day and I stopped crashing at 2 PM. Has anyone else had that total flip in their workout timing?

Hated mornings my whole life. Always thought they were for people who had nothing better to do. Tried it for a month straight back in January. Now I can't sleep past 6 AM even on weekends. That 2 PM crash went away for me too.

Ha, right? Same thing happened to me. I swore I’d never be a morning person, but now I’m accidentally up before my alarm and the coffee tastes better for some reason.
