Walked through the abandoned subway station downtown and noticed something weird about the tiles

At the old City Hall station in Toronto, every single tile on the platform walls was a slightly different shade of blue... like they had to pull from multiple batches during construction. Anyone else ever notice weird design quirks in historic public spaces?

lily97 saying "oddly unsettling" is a bit dramatic. The tiles just weren't perfectly matched cause they bought em at different times like you said, it's not some creepy hidden message.

Yeah that blue tile thing is oddly unsettling. Makes you wonder what else is off down there.

C'mon, it's just a weird tile choice lol. Pretty sure stuff like that happens all the time in old buildings, nobody's getting cursed.
