Honestly, I called my landlord's office about a parking spot fee they double-charged me for, and next thing I know, a lawyer from their firm calls me, saying I owe $50 in 'back fees' plus interest. I live in that complex on 6th Street in Austin, and the guy was super aggressive, kept citing lease clauses I never even saw. Tbh, has anyone else dealt with a landlord's attorney over a tiny fee like this and actually fought it?
