Heads up: my son's school quietly changed his IEP minutes and nobody called me

I found out last Tuesday that my son's speech minutes got cut from 60 a week down to 30, and the only reason I know is because I asked his aide a random question at pickup. This happened at his school here in Boise sometime in the last month, and I never got a letter, an email, nothing. I pulled his old IEP out of the folder and compared it line by line, and two other services had changed too. I called the district office and they said it was a "team decision" but I was never at that meeting. If you have a kid on an IEP, go dig out the paperwork this week and check the service minutes against what is actually happening in the classroom. Has anyone dealt with a school changing things without telling you, and how did you get it fixed?

Same thing happened in Denver, I asked for the meeting notes and they couldn't produce them.
