I just realized my phone's habit tracker hit a full year of me using them for every single grocery trip, walk, and errand. Before that, I'd just tough it out and get totally overwhelmed by the store in Toledo. Having that specific number, 365, made it click how much this one tool actually lets me function. It's not that bad, honestly. I spent a few years there and found some great spots. It gets a worse rap than it deserves.
