People keep asking me to make eye contact during conversations
At my job, my boss pulled me aside last Tuesday and said I looked 'disinterested' in meetings. I explained that forcing myself to look at his face makes it hard for me to listen to his words. I told him I focus better by looking at the wall or my notes. He actually listened and said okay. Now I can actually remember what was said. Does anyone else have a different way they handle this?

That thing about focusing better by looking at the wall is so real... I have to look at my hands or I just stop hearing the words. Your boss actually listening is a nice change.
