Tried a noise-canceling headset for the first time at my local library in Denver and it made me so dizzy I had to take it off after 10 minutes

My sensory processing just couldn't handle the sudden silence or the pressure feeling, and now I'm wondering if anyone else on the spectrum has had this weird reaction to active noise cancellation, or if there's a different brand or type that works better for you?

My first try with ANC was at a Best Buy in Austin and I got the same weird pressure feeling in my ears after about 5 minutes. Did you notice if the dizziness came more from the ear pressure or from the silence itself? I ask because I switched to a pair of wired earbuds with memory foam tips and they block noise without any of that electronic pressure, but they don't cancel the low humming sounds like fans or trains. What specific sounds were bothering you at the library that made you reach for noise cancellation in the first place?

See it differently @spencer_moore39, that pressure feeling is the ANC itself not the silence.
