Am I the only one who thinks the 'quick lube' place on 5th Street is just training people to do things wrong?

Last week I saw a kid there torque a drain plug with an impact gun, and the manager just shrugged. How do you guys handle customers who come in with stuff already messed up from those spots?

Those places are a factory for stripped plugs. We just charge extra for the headache.

Wait, you CHARGE extra for it? That's a genius policy. It makes total sense given how much time those things must waste. More shops should do that.
