Am I the only one who had a dispatcher in Tulsa save my car move with one phone call?
I was moving from Tulsa to Phoenix last spring and my original auto transport company ghosted me 2 days before pickup. I called a small broker out of Tulsa at 8pm on a Friday, and the guy stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes finding a carrier with space on a route going through Oklahoma. He never charged me extra and even texted me the driver's cell number so I could track the car myself. The car showed up in Phoenix 4 days later with zero damage and $150 under my original quote.
Has anyone else had a small broker actually come through like that, or did I just get lucky?

So you're telling me a guy stayed on the phone for 45 minutes on a Friday night and didn't even charge you extra for it? Pretty sure that man is either a saint or he was just really bored that night. Your luck was off the charts but hey, some of those small brokers actually care about their rep.
