Update: a dispatcher in Ohio made me rewrite how I book car hauls
Last week a dispatcher in Columbus looked at my auto transport quote sheet and flat out said my pickup windows were fantasy, not real info. I was booking cars like they were cargo, giving a single day instead of a 3 day window, and that is why drivers kept skipping my loads. Now I add a buffer on every haul, but how do you all handle tight pickup dates without losing drivers?
