A lead tech told me my bonding checks were sloppy at the Albany hangar and he was not wrong
He said I was rushing the resistance readings on the fuel panel bonds, so I started logging each one in a notebook with the exact milliohm value before I move to the next point, and my rework has dropped from a couple a month to zero since March, has anyone else built a habit that killed a recurring squawk?
Man, I gotta say you might be overdoing it, the bond check is about whether it's within limits, not chasing the last milliohm. I've seen guys get so buried in the numbers they miss a loose ground that was staring them in the face.
