Man, that's the kind of deal you almost don't believe. I picked up a cheap one from a no-name seller on Amazon for like twelve bucks, figured it'd last maybe three months. It's been going for almost two years now, been dropped off my desk twice, and it still reads every card I throw at it. My buddy spent forty bucks on a big brand name one and it crapped out in six months. Sometimes the random stuff just works better, I don't get it.
