Tossed my Fluke meter for a Hantek... still not sure I made the right call

I do a lot of older 727 avionics bench work and got tired of spending $500 on a Fluke 87V that I mostly use to check continuity and diode drops. Picked up a Hantek 2D72 for $140 last month and it works fine for basic stuff but the rotary encoder already feels flimsy. Any of you guys using cheaper scopes on the bench long term or is this gonna bite me when I least expect it?

Hows the waveform capture compare side by side with the Fluke? Im curious if the Hantek is missing any little details that matter for avionics work.

Ask @taylor_flores if the Hantek has enough sampling depth to catch the short glitches you sometimes see in avionics bus signals. In my experience the Fluke can grab those tiny spikes the Hantek might average out or miss entirely. Your mileage may vary, but that's where a lot of the difference shows up.
