Bet you could've used that bundle to jump start a small city if you hooked it right. Did they even label anything or was it all just "trust the schematic"?

Yeah, those old wiring harnesses are a nightmare. Just bundles of identical wires with tiny number tags. Good luck tracing a single circuit without the manual. Modern planes use color coding and connectors everywhere. Makes troubleshooting way faster.

Tracing a single circuit in that mess sounds like a full time job. I bet the manual was just a huge binder of blurry photocopies too. They probably needed three people just to find the right page.
