Appreciation post: the day our CRM crashed during a demo

I was showing a prospect our pipeline tool in a coffee shop on Miller Street when the whole system froze, so I just pulled out a notebook and started drawing the workflow by hand, and that messy sketch actually closed the deal, has anyone else had a tech failure that ended up working in their favor?
